Steve Haddad

Steve opened Edelweiss 2 in 1989. He dedicated all he had to serve the Auburn community the freshest food, made with care and attention. Even though he has retired, you will likely see him hanging around with the regulars in the restaurant.

Co-Founder (1989)

Lina Haddad

Lina served as a waitress for the majority of their ownership. All the customers love her! Although she does miss working, she is enjoying Grandma life and retirement. 

Owner (2025)

Jessica-Asma

Jessica is the oldest daughter of Steve & Lina. She always had her sights set on carrying on the family business and keeping their legacy of food in Auburn.

Kitchen Manager/Cook

Roberto

Robert is the heart and soul of our kitchen. He has been with the business for over 25 years and continues to serve the best meals from the kitchen.

Ashley has been a part of our team and family for over 18 years. She never stops providing top-notch service to everyone that enters the front door.

Jay may be one of our newer family members, but his love and passion for his job are always reflected in the perfection on your plate.
